For the Alice Mushroom Lamp, designer Paul Sun cleverly contrasts a natural material, ash wood, with a modern frosted glass (Large style) or ABS plastic (Small style) shade which illuminates with seven different colors. A cheeky play on “psychedelic mushrooms,” you can choose to have the vivid colors rotate in soft transitions or tap to pause on your preferred color. Tap again twice to switch to warm, white light. The lamp is powered by an energy-efficient, integrated LED bulb and turns on and off with a touch sensitive button at the center of the wood base. The mini version (5h x 4”diam.) of the Alice Mushroom Lamp is portable and charges via micro-USB (included) in five hours for 18 hours of light. The large version (13h x 10”diam.) is powered by standard plug-in.
